The 2026 chapter of the Shogun succession intrigue, set before the 2027 sequel.
The old Shogun's health was failing, and three daimyō met under a fragile truce. This first edition introduced the tea-house mechanics and shinobi subplot that returned in 2027. A critically acclaimed run praised for its restraint and period detail.

Restraint and elegance. The tea ceremony mechanic was a masterstroke.
